China-CEEC HCA was established in June 2016. Initially, it had 66 Chinese member hospitals, 28 CEEC member hospitals, and 35 observer hospitals. It has participated in the “17+1” Health Ministers’ Meeting Mechanism, and continuously promoted pragmatic cooperation in cardiology, neurology, oncology, pediatric, traditional Chinese medicine, hepatic-biliary-pancreatic, hospital management, rehabilitation, and other specialties. In June 2019, 28 new members were included at the Belt & Road Health Cooperation Promotion Conference held by CHA.
