In the era of globalization, cooperation among hospitals from different countries and regions is of great importance in advancing the global capability on combatting major contagious diseases and non-communicable diseases. Chinese Hospital Association has been committed to promoting international hospital cooperation with guidance from National Health Commission. In the year of 2019, CHA organized the 2019 Belt & Road Health Cooperation Promotion Conference, which brought together 500 participants including government officials, hospital administrators, experts from related countries, representatives from academic and research institutes and pharmaceutical industry, and formed a successful academic exchange platform for them. In the year of 2020, the meeting is to be held on October 23rd, in Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province, China.
