Shanghai Cooperation Organization Hospital Cooperation Alliance (SCO HCA) was established in May 2018. Currently, firstly with 81 member units from China, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Pakistan and Mongolia. It now conducts routine cross-border telemedicine consultation every month. Many Chinese and foreign hospitals have reached consensus on cooperation in first-aid and resuscitation and disaster medicine, joint prevention and control of infectious diseases, dry echinococcosis, and other specialties. In 2019, 28 hospitals newly joined in the Alliance on the 2nd Forum of the SCO-HCA held in Kyrgyzstan.
