In November 2017, witnessed by Cui Li, former Deputy Director of National Health Commission of China, and Cecil Courrges, Director of Healthcare Administration of the Ministry of Social Solidarity and Health of France, CHA and the Association of the French University Hospitals Chief Executives (CHU) signed the Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation, stating that the both sides would lead to establish China-France Hospital Cooperation Alliance to promote pragmatic cooperation between Chinese and French medical institutions.
